Meet our newest grand-daughter, Scarlet Jane Garrett. Living two hours away from grandbaby #2 is a lesson in patience for me. She grows and changes too quickly!! Another precious red-head joins our family, just like her papa. What an angel when she is sleeping, but just like most red-heads, there is a passionate fire in her soul, keeping her parents up a night! A future healer at heart! Look at those precious, tiny hands. <3 Super proud papa, you make beautiful babies son!! Scarlet was born 1/3/2017, at the tail end of the year of the Monkey, same sign as Molly and me (Chinese New Year 2016), and at the start of 2017, the year of the Fire Rooster/Phoenix, beginning on January 27th, 2017. May she always have the joy of the mischievous monkey and the passion of the fiery phoenix present in her life! Beautiful mama and baby!! It was an amazing experience working with those close to crossing over. I have beautiful memories of love, healing, and connecting with Spirit while giving Reiki treatments. Although I no longer volunteer for hospice at this time, I will be forever thankful for the opportunity I had to perform that service. I hope to volunteer with hospice again someday. Interestingly, Joseph Smith was not the first person during his lifetime to envision this idea of the three kingdoms of glory, or the three kingdoms of 'Heaven'.  “Emanuel Swedenborg was a world-renowned inventor and scientist in the 1700s. At age 53, Swedenborg began experiencing visions and dreams. He claimed to have been appointed by God to reform Christianity. Our last child to be officially indoctrinated into the cult of Mormonism by baptism at age 8 was our oldest daughter.  As a Mormon I was taught that as we live our life here on Earth, it is our responsibility, and our purpose, to discover God’s one true church. The Church that will lead us back to Him. I was taught that Joseph Smith was the restorer of God’s true path. Jesus Christ came and fulfilled His part as our redeemer by dying for our sins; but, the church he established on the Earth was lost due to corruption from within that church after Jesus died.
